The Rural Primary Care Service Program is an opportunity for medical students intending to practice primary care in a rural/underserved community. This opportunity provides funding support for up to four medical students per year in exchange for a year of practice in a rural or underserved area.
An incentive program that provides financial assistance to third and fourth-year students committed to rural practice in exchange for a rural practice service obligation upon completion of residency.
